Hampshire Police Federation is a branch of the Police Federation of England and Wales, who are the representative body for all officers below the rank of Superintendent. Our primary role is to ensure that the views of officers on their welfare and the efficiency of the service are brought to the attention of the Constabularies senior officers, Police & Crime Commissioner and Government. We negotiate with the Chief Constable and PCC on issues affecting our members locally.
