Winsor Review - The Potential Impact on Officers' Pay & Conditions

Dear all

I am mindful that you are getting bombarded with emails but during this time of uncertainty I would rather you have too many than not enough. The impact of Winsor (pay and conditions) has been evaluated by the National Federation and the General Secretary has asked that the below message is sent to you.

I would urge you to read this and consider the implications. As I have said previously the Winsor review made recommendations, they have yet to be taken forward at PNB. It is not yet a 'done deal'. However, we are facing challenging times, we need to be united and strong.
