Mark Nigh

OCU 2 Constables representative - Mark Nigh

Mark is the constables rep for the Isle of Wight. He joined the Metropolitan Police in 1987, serving all over South London. His last posting was as a beat officer in Brixton.

Mark transferred to the Isle of Wight, where he currently drives the area car. He serves as a Health and Safety rep, and currently sits on the health and safety committees, as well as operations. He is trained in post incident procedures (protecting officers rights following shootings, fatal PVIs and deaths in custody). He's also a discipline friend, has a diploma in stress management, is a member of the international stress management association, and is currently deputy leader for health and safety

Mark has a general certificate in Health and Safety
