I have been a Federation Rep for the last 4 years and am based at Eastleigh but along with Dave Phillips we cover the whole of 6OCU for the Sgts.

I am currently an SNT Sgt but have worked within specialist opps departments and response, and have a diverse policing experience.

I am a discipline friend and have represented officers at all levels over the last few years as well as attending the Post Incident Management course and being on the federation call out list.

Until recently I was a health and safety Rep and have a good working knowledge of the subject.

I am the Deputy treasurer for the Joint Branch Board and the Sgts Trustee for the group insurance fund. I have also recently undertaken work on the IMU and crime desk amalgamations on behalf of the Federation working with the force to try and get the best possible results for officers in the current climate.
