OCU 6 Constables representative - Stephen Fisher

I have been the constable's representative for the New Forest since 2002 and the CBB Secretary since 2004.

I am trained in the Equal Opportunities field and as such, I can offer advice on matters pertaining to equality, e.g. part-time working, maternity, unfair treatment, grievances and potential discrimination issues based on race, sex, disability, religion/belief, etc.

My current role is that of a TPT officer at Hythe.

I attach great importance to my Federation role in giving advice and assistance to colleagues and I will strive to continue to perform the role as a Federation representative in addition to my 'day job'.
