About Us / Structure

The Federation has 4 principal officers, who work full time at Headquarters. These are:

Chairman: John APTER

Secretary: Paul ROBERTSON

Treasurer: Ian OGILVY

Discipline Lead Officer: Martin JACOBS

Our Office Manager is Mary Smith and our Office Administrator is Gary Hemmings.

Each OCU also has three or six federation reps - constables, sergeants, and inspectors. The table below shows who your local rep is. Each of these reps belong to their respective branch board, either the Constables Branch Board, Sergeants Branch Board, or the Inspectors Branch Board. The non-OCU reps also work as part of the OCU teams.
