OCU 2 Sergants representative - Tim Allan

Tim is the Sergeants rep for the Isle of Wight. He joined Hampshire Police in 1996, and has served at Southampton and Portsmouth Central as well as most of the stations on the Isle of Wight. He currently works on the Island as a Custody Sergeant.

He has a diverse police background having been both a DS & PS and has worked in roles which include TPT, Public order, Firearms, Custody, Reactive CID, Volume Crime and Offender Management.

Tim is the Custody Lead for Hampshire Police Federation & together with Mark Nigh (PC's rep) carries out misconduct work acting as a discipline friend.
