Hello, I am Tracey Hammond, Chair of the Sergeant's Branch Board (SBB) and Health and Safety Lead for the Joint Branch Board (JBB). I joined Hampshire Police in 1983 and have served at Ryde, Basingstoke, Alton (on promotion in 1996), PHQ, Winchester and Netley. I became a member of the Joint Branch Board in January 2000, and currently represent the Sergeants at Basingstoke & Deane.

I am an experienced Discipline Friend and have assisted many officers over the years with misconduct issues. As the JBB Health & Safety Leader I appoint, support and mentor the 45+ Health and Safety Representatives across the Force, and sit on a number of Health & Safety Committees at a Force level as well as within the JBB. I also have a seat on the National Safety Leaders Executive Committee, the Force Welfare Committee and the Personal Safety Working Group. I am qualified to Diploma level 6 in Health & Safety and hold a diploma in Stress Management Training.
