I am Wendie Douglas I have worked in TPT , Neighbourhood, Custody and Violent Crime and Licensing. I have the been the 4OCU Sergeants rep for 4 years. I am experienced in dealing with discipline matters, assisting student officers and dealing with performance issues.

I have supported officers through a number of different issues and will always help where I can.
